TimeTec HC-1 is a SIRIM certified ideal rugged Android mobile reader specifically designed to read RFID tags for Malaysia’s JPJePlate. It is built with a powerful processor, an 8000mAh battery, and robust UHF RFID capabilities. The device can be equipped with an Impinj E710 or R2000 circularly polarized antenna. Its ability to read tags in bulk from long distances makes it suitable for both authorities and commercial applications, including enforcement, compliance, fleet management, parking management, and vehicle registration.

TimeTec HC-1 also comes pre-installed with the customizable and Enforcement App, Officer App or Installer App which can be configured for various tasks such as JPJ ePlate validation, issuing compounds and etc. Additionally, the device is equipped with GPS for location tracking and a cloud-based, high-accuracy Optical Character Recognition (OCR) function for reading car plate numbers. The HC series Apps are integrated with HC administrative cloud-based management system, hosted on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform in Malaysia, making it easy to deploy.
