Clock Attendance Easily with TimeTec Attendance


TimeTec Attendance is a versatile cloud attendance system accessible through different platforms.
Clock your attendance in TimeTec Attendance through these 4 methods:

1. Biometric Terminals
Report your attendance using FingerTec biometric terminals and the data will be updated instantly to TimeTec TA. Biometric terminals are sold separately. Contact us at info@timeteccloud.com or find our partners to get the terminals.

How to sync employees between TA and Terminals?
How to set this option?
  1. Please ensure the terminal is Webster-enabled. Set the IP address, gateway and subnet mask for the terminal, Webster IP: 50.18.154.243, Port: 80 (90 for FMM & Face ID devices).
  2. Go To Device FingerTec Terminal Add. Fill in the terminal serial number. System will auto-detect the model and firmware version of the terminal. If the Connection Status is green, you've successfully added the terminal.
  3. Continue to set the terminal's ID, group, location and timezone. Then, you can start managing the users and transactions in the terminal.
  4. Set the terminal settings at Device FingerTec Terminal
Do you have ZK terminals and want to connect to TimeTec Attendance? Check if your device has the 'Webserver IP' option and email us the screenshot of this option, model name, serial number and firmware version.

2. QF Master App
Upgrade your workplace with the advanced clocking method with high-resolution facial authentification: QF Master. Contactless verification, fast and accurate!
How to set this option?
  1. Please make sure you have downloaded the QF Master app and purchased its license (Face Master). Contact us at info@timeteccloud.com to get the license.
  2. Open the QF Master app to get the Mobile ID.
  3. Log into TimeTec Attendance, go to Device QF Master and add the Mobile ID. Once connected, your QF Master mobile app will display relevant guidance on getting the activation file. Follow the instructions provided.
  4. After the license has been activated, you can continue creating the QF Master group, assign users and face enrolment. Refer to this link for a step-by-step guide.
3. Mobile Phone
TimeTec HR designed for employees who are always on the go, TimeTec HR app offers 5 ways to clock attendance from a smartphone. Install TimeTec HR app free from Google Play Store or App Store.
Mobile Clocking with Geo Location
Clock your attendance; your current location and time will be recorded in TimeTec Attendance in real time.

How to set this option?
  1. Make sure users have a valid email address and have activated their TimeTec Attendance account. By default, all users with an email address will be allowed to view their attendance via mobile using TimeTec HR app.
  2. Set Mobile Clocking permission at Device Assign Users to Device Allow TimeTec Mobile Access.
Mobile Clocking with Wifi
Use the authorised wifi as your clocking method, and get accurate clocking times at all times.

How to set this option?
*Settings must be done from TimeTec HR Mobile App, Admin account.
  1. Go to Settings Wifi.
  2. Create a checkpoint and add your Wifi access point.
  3. Select the checkpoint and assign users.
Mobile Clocking with Time Beacon
Use BLE technology in beacons to report your attendance to work. Just scan the available Beacons and clock your attendance.

How to set this option?
  1. Set your checkpoints at Device NFC | Beacons NFC | Beacon List.
  2. Register the Beacon using TimeTec HR app to pair it with the checkpoint list.
  3. Group the Beacons at Device NFC | Beacons NFC | Beacon Group and assign users to the group.

Mobile Clocking with NFC
For Android NFC enabled smartphones user, tap your phone at the NFC tag to clock your attendance.

How to set this option?
  1. Set your checkpoints at Device NFC | Beacons NFC | Beacon List.
  2. Register the NFC tag using TimeTec HR app to pair it with the checkpoint list.
  3. Group the Beacons at Device NFC | Beacons NFC | Beacon Group and assign users to the group.

Mobile Clocking (with photo option)
Report your staff’s attendance via the Supervisor Mobile Clocking mode. Select the staff’s name, clock his/her attendance and snap a photo as proof.

How to set this option?
  1. This option will be auto-enabled if you are assigned as Admin in the System Role.
 
4. Web Clocking
For work-from-home employees, simply connect to the Internet from a PC and login to TimeTec Attendance to clock your attendance. Easy!
How to set this option?
  1. Make sure the users have a valid email address and have activated their TimeTec Attendance account.
  2. By default, all users with an email address will be allowed to view their attendance via web at www.timetecta.com.
  3. Set Web Clocking permission at Device Assign Users to Device Allow Web Access
