2025年,马来西亚的停车行业的主要挑战来自 “三个E”,即:电子发票(E-Invoice)、电子钱包(E-Wallet)和电子车牌(E-Plate),和最低工资的调整。以下是这3E和工资问题将如何塑造行业发展的具体分析: 1. 电子发票(E-Invoice) 马来西亚内陆税收局(LHDN)强制实施电子发票政策已在2024年引起广泛关注。2024年,该政策仅针对大型企业,也因其复杂性政府允许暂缓个人电子发票的推行6个月,让大型企业可以喘口气。然而,2025年7月1日起,电子发票的实施将波及所有大中小型企业,其全面影响将显现。 对于高交易量、小额费用、多种停车类型及支付方式,兼具有人及自动化无人管理的停车行业来说,电子发票的实施将比一般行业来得复杂,也将增加行业的短期实施成本,长期的管理成本及运营难度。 部分停车运营商可能发现当前的本地或外国停车系统并不支持电子发票功能,解决之道有二,一、通过中间件Middleware来满足要求,或者二、更换支持电子发票的停车系统。运营商还需花时间熟悉新流程,并掂量是否要直接将停车系统与LHDN的MyInvois平台整合;还是通过后台会计系统向LHDN提交,抑或两者结合,以提高效率。 无可置疑电子发票将会是停车行业在2025年面临最大的挑战。由于MyInvois平台基于云端技术,我们预计电子发票的实施将有助于在来年加速推动云端停车解决方案的普及。 2. 车牌识别直连电子钱包(E-Wallet Direct for LPR) 车牌识别(LPR)几年前被引入停车行业,作为一种非触碰式解决方案以提升停车体验。至于支付,用户在取车前可以通过扫描二维码提前支付,或通过置于出口的自动缴费机以Touch ‘n Go卡、信用卡、或借记卡完成支付。然而,这些支付方式都有其局限性,例如二维码扫描支付程序繁琐,出口处触碰支付需搅下车窗,这些都削弱了车牌识别无缝无接触体验的效果。 完美的解决方案是电子钱包直连(E-Wallet Direct)。这种机制将车牌识别停车系统直接与电子钱包链接整合,用户只需在特定的电子钱包注册车牌号开通允许停车扣钱即可无接触无现金的进出这些停车场,停车费用会直接从电子钱包中扣除,从而实现真正的无缝体验。 电子钱包直连(E-Wallet Direct)在2024年没有激起波澜,主要因为最大及拥有最多车牌注册的Touch ‘n Go电子钱包的延迟,而早已参与的Setel电子钱包用户基数较少。但在2025年,其爆发力不容小观,主要因为用户体验将拉动行业的趋势, 而且在2024年,估计有300个停车场安装了LPR系统,2025年这一数字预计将翻倍。我们预计会有更多电子钱包提供商加入与停车系统直连的行列。 3. 电子车牌(E-Plate) […]
