FingerTec is pleased to announce the beta release of Enhanced Ingress MySQL, the door access and time attendance management software. This version introduces direct integration with Face ID 5, Face ID 6 and Kadex+ devices, removing the need for the AWDMS middleware that was required in earlier versions.
This improvement streamlines setup and simplifies daily operations for system administrators, resulting in faster and more efficient management.
Key Improvements in the Ingress MySQL Beta

1. Direct Device Connectivity
The software now connects directly to supported devices, eliminating the extra configuration steps and license activation that were previously needed for AWDMS.
2. Scalable Server and Client Structure
The updated architecture supports more than five Ingress client PCs connected to the main Ingress server, with the actual capacity depending on your MySQL configuration. This allows for greater flexibility when managing larger deployments.
3. Unified Door Access Management
All door access functions, including access level configuration, real-time monitoring and remote door control, can now be managed entirely within Ingress without the need to switch between multiple platforms.
Available Now for Beta Testing
The Ingress MySQL Beta is now open for testing. While it may contain minor bugs and some functions are not yet complete, it offers a great opportunity for users to experience the new features and share feedback.
We recommend using the Beta version for new installations only. Existing users should wait for the official release to ensure compatibility with their current systems.
