For cloud computing, all data is typically stored in a cloud server. Each cloud applications also have their own specific purposes to fulfil. For example, TimeTec Access for employee access control system and TimeTec VMS for handling visitor management.

Data that stores in the cloud also allow users, especially the admins, to perform activities that conventional access control finds it hard to deliver:
  To monitor access activities remotely
  To control and command access activities remotely
This face recognition - QF Master App, powered by Android smartphones have better data processing performance and with cloud technology integrated with the QF Master App, all data can be handled efficiently as compared to the conventional biometrics terminal, which is not made cloud-capable.
Besides, a smartphone combined with TimeTec special designed BLE-2 and BLE- 5 controllers, adopted Bluetooth communication to offer yet another new and reliable mechanism in access control, and provide customers extra benefits as stated below:
