On the 26th November 2020, TimeTec Group held our very first virtual Town Hall Meeting in compliance with the CMCO SOP amid the C-19 pandemic. In navigating the most challenging year just yet, all the team leads went over 2020's performance in retrospect and presented the strategies and plan to tackle 2021 with gusto.
Enduring the Movement Control Order for a long three months and even longer in some countries, borders shut being down globally, plus market uncertainties, the Group's income, like many others, has been impacted harshly. Nevertheless, the tribulations brought some new opportunities for the business to explore and caused the upsurge in demands for cloud solutions. Sticking together, the Group has managed to weather the storm for now, even though the next year's outlook is still somewhat murky.
Nevertheless, the town hall peaked with the Executive Presentation from the CEO highlighting the Group's vision for the next five years. With the tagline 'All Roads Lead to Cloud City', Mr Teh Hon Seng emphasized how TimeTec solutions can seamlessly connect home-life and work-life as an ecosystem, and stressed on the importance of cultivating a data mindset for the company to be a data-driven organization.
All in all, we say adios to 2020 and welcome 2021 with caution. We need all hands on deck to brace through this turbulent period successfully.
