The TimeTec Cloud Loyalty Program is a free biometric terminal rewarding system based on number of subscriber license purchases. Refer to the table below: |

| 4. |
The commitment for this program is set to begin 12 months from the day of the subscription with payment to be made in advance and in full for the next 12 months. |
| 5. |
The option to receive free terminals will only be made available to customers ON a 12-month subscription AND within the first 12-months of their service. Customers renewing their service after the 12-month
period will not have the option to receive free terminals. However,
special promotional offers for renewals will be considered as they arise. |
| 6. |
Customers making multiple blocks purchases within their first year will be considered as updating their requirements, and not renewals. Therefore, free terminals will be offered based on number of license blocks purchased within the year. License block purchases made after the
first 12-months are counted as renewals. |
| 7. |
The warranty of the free terminals is only valid as long as the subscription is active, any termination of the subscription will void the warranty. Purchases of terminals that not part of this Loyalty Program will follow the standard FingerTec warranty period. |

No termination is allowed during the first 12-month of subscription. |
| 9. |
The hardware terminal (s) will be sent via courier service from FingerTec HQ to customer in 2 working days after the purchase of license blocks has been confirmed and paid in full. |

All charges incurred relating to tax and shipping costs for door to door delivery will be borne by TimeTec Computing Sdn Bhd. |
| 11. |
This FingerTec hardware terminal is designed to be installed and commissioned easily. Local FingerTec reseller would be assigned if on-site installation and commissioning of terminal is required, and charges that incurred must be borne by customer. |
| 12. |
The responsibility of designating authorized resellers for servicing and repairs of hardware terminal(s) related to this campaign lies with TimeTec Computing S/B. The delivery charges to and fro must be borne by the customers. For regions with no resellers, the terminal(s) must be returned to TimeTec Computing at the customers’ costs. Shipping costs to the customer will be borne by TimeTec Computing. |

TimeTec Computing will send parts to customers Free of Charge on the customers’ intent to proceed with self-repairs. All parts involved in the servicing the units within the terminal(s) warranty period will be provided with no additional charges to the customer. |
| 14. |
Any defective hardware terminal beyond repair, customer has to fill and submit an Online Request of Exchange Form, to be verified and approved by TimeTec before the exchange proceedings. The new hardware terminal will be sent via courier. |
| 15. |
Customer that paid its subscription fees to local TimeTec reseller will get the free terminal (s), support and repair service from the reseller directly. |
| 16. |
The FREE terminal(s) under this Program cannot be returned or exchanged with cash, cash voucher or/and with any other products or eligible for further discounts. |

Reseller is encouraged to keep some stocks to ensure product availability. |

The item(s) will be sent to compensate Reseller from FingerTec HQ via courier service 2 working days after Reseller has made the subscription payment in full to TimeTec. All charges incurred relating to tax and shipping costs for door to door delivery will be borne by TimeTec Computing Sdn Bhd. |

Shipping charges from the reseller to their customer are at the reseller’s expense. |
| 4. |
Resellers are responsible for the reparation and servicing of any items related in this program, with delivery charges to and fro to be borne by the customers. |
| 5. |
TimeTec Computing Sdn Bhd will provide all necessary parts or defective product beyond repair (Form to be filled) in the servicing of the units without any charge but shipping and taxes involved will be borne by the resellers. |
